Basic Package

Basic Package $6500

The event includes a comprehensive package designed to accommodate various needs for an all-day gathering from 8 AM to 11 PM. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what's included:

Facility Features:

  • Main Hall: 6,000 square feet, accommodating up to 400 people.

  • Tables and Seating:

    • 35 round banquet tables and 375 chairs

    • 15 rectangular tables

    • 20 farm tables with benches

  • Outdoor Space:

    • 3,500 square feet outside patio

    • 3 fireplaces

    • Outside wet bar with a full sink and 2 refrigerators

Amenities:

  • Staffing and Security:

    • 2 security personnel

    • 1 staff member included

  • Audio-Visual Equipment:

    • Sound system (or the option to bring your own)

    • Use of a wireless projector

  • Lighting and Decor:

    • Ambiance lighting with color choices for wall illumination

    • White drapes and chandeliers on walls and ceiling

Restroom Facilities:

  • Women’s Bathroom: 4 stalls with ADA compliance

  • Men’s Bathroom: 2 stalls and 3 urinals, also ADA compliant

Additional Allowances:

  • Entertainment: Banda, DJ, and Grupo are allowed to perform.

Changing Room:

  • A dedicated changing room for the bride and her bridesmaids is also included.

Optional:

  • Early setup Friday 4pm to 10pm $500

  • We setup and clean up $500 or you clean up and get your refundable $500 back

    • 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, featuring:

      • Master bridal suite with a full shower and stand-alone tub

      • Choice of day use or overnight
